Modeling the effectiveness of the Program is carried out on the condition that it is implemented on an ongoing basis with a sufficient level of funding. In modeling, the results of sample surveys conducted in previous years have been used.

6. Capacity Building for Baby Box Monitoring UNICEF will cooperate with the Government of Ukraine (Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Health), academia and civil society partners, aiming at increasing the government's "Baby Box" project's effectiveness.

The program will be implemented in two directions:
- Increase government monitoring capacities through the Baby Box initiative;
- Providing quality and timely information on the impact of the Baby Box initiative on the families by evaluating its content and its composition, the quality of the items provided and the parent's knowledge and behavior on good parenting practices and newborn care .
The main results of the programme implementation are:
(i) Methodology on the Baby Box monitoring developed and tested;
(ii) 150 maternity hospitals visited by monitoring interviewers;
(ii) 3,000 households (hh) of new born children interviewed by face to face;
(iv) 2,500 households (hh) of new born children interviewed by phone interviews;
(v) 7 focus group discussion conducted;
(vi) 2 analytical reports elaborated.

1. Research on Economic Costs of GBV in Ukraine (GBVECONRES) A comprehensive study of the direct and indirect costs of violence against women in Ukraine. Including the lost macroeconomic outpt, the costs of services provide, and personal expenses of surivvors of violence. A special survey of 707 GBV surviors was conducted by the experts of UCSR in different regions of the country.

2. Supporting Recovery and Sustainable Solutions for Internally Displaced Persons and the Conflict-Affected Population in Ukraine The methodology for quarterly monitoring survey of IDPs was developed for collection of reliable qualitative and quantitative information on locations with IDPs populations, their past movements and intentions for further movements, intentions for return, main socio-economic problems faced by IDP households in host communities, public perception of the situation with IDPs, levels of integration of IDPs into host communities in 24 oblasts of Ukraine and in Kyiv, with a particular focus on Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts.
Main sources of data for the study include results of sample surveys of households with IDPs as family members; results of questioning of key informants who reside and/or work at territories under surveys of IDPs; results of focus group discussions with key informants and IDPs; administrative data (including information on registration of IDPs by the Ministry of Social Policy); available relevant data from other sources, including characteristics of locations with IDPs populations (to be collected at the level of selected territories under survey from different available sources).

3. The project "Improving health in the service of the people" Sub-projects "Support health care reform in the Dnipropetrovsk region." Subject: Addition and verification of statistical data by analyzing medical forms The project envisages conducting a two-stage sociological survey (by means of personalized formal interviews and a method of in-depth interviews) of the population of Dnipropetrovsk oblast for 2016 to (i) determine its level of awareness about the prevention, treatment and treatment of CVD, and trust in health workers; and (ii) the definition and the study of social problems related to the care of health and medical care, and the role of health and disability of the population in social development.
The survey is conducted to monitor the level of public awareness on health issues, the quality of health care, patients 'recommendations on healthy lifestyles and treatment, patients' attitude to treatment, trust and public attitudes towards the health care system and healthcare professionals in particular, as well as impact on project respondents and expectations of its implementation.

4. Analyzes of the impact of the conflict in eastern Ukraine on the economy and socio-economic status and viability in East Ukraine.

Analyzes of the impact of the conflict in eastern Ukraine on the economy and socio-economic status and viability in East Ukraine.
The analysis of the impact of the conflict in the east of Ukraine on the economy and the socio-economic situation and viability of the population of the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizzhya regions and the Government-controlled areas of Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts.
Particular attention is paid to the strata of the population who have suffered as a result of the conflict and are the most vulnerable.
The analysis of potential of regions, from the point of view of employment of the population and development of small and medium entrepreneurship is conducted.
The macroeconomic analysis of the main socio-economic indicators for each region for the period prior to the conflict 2010-2013 and the period from 2014 - to the maximum approximate to the present time (taking into account available current data) has been carried out. Covered analysis at the regional level by sectors of the economy. Particular attention is paid to indicators of the labor market.
The business sector has been analyzed since 2010 in order to identify the most affected business (micro, small, medium, large). The main reasons that influenced the economic downturn have been identified. The number of people identified for closing and / or cutting down the business. The main indicators for REACH observations are analyzed.
The analysis of labor market impact, namely: employment, unemployment, demand and supply, imbalance of labor force, employment opportunities of the population, opportunities and problems of small business development.
Recommendations on restoration, creation of assets (business) and creation of workplaces in the regions are given.

5. M&E system for police GBV resp: Developing a M&E system for the special police units responding to GBV and domestic violence cases (GBVPOLICE ) The M&E methodology, indicators and data collection tools have been developed and piloted in the regions of Ukraine. 7. Cost of Women's Leadership in STEM-Industries. On the basis of the analysis of statistical data, an assessment was made of the gender differences in the mastery of various disciplines at secondary level and, accordingly, the loss of potential at this stage
Assessment of gender differences in the choice of specialties at admission to higher education institutions and evaluation of losses in the process of obtaining higher education are assessed; - analysis of statistics;

Loss estimation due to the imbalance of women representation in leading positions in STEM (based on quantitative methods) was assessed.

The implementation of the project assumed:
1. Undertaking a desk review of salary conditions, benefits and allowances for prevailing hiring modalities including information on relevant local labour legislation, other legislation governing conditions of service of national staff (e.g. social security provisions, minimum wages, hours of work, leave, overtime and termination indemnity), and relevant tax regulations (e.g. tax provisions and rates, exemptions, deductions, rebates and allowances, taxability of certain types of benefits).
2. Conducting a salary survey through face-to-face interview (whenever possible). The salary survey process should be based on comparing UNHCR Partner national personnel salaries and allowances to those offered by local employers with the best prevailing conditions of employment.
3. Data Analysis and Salary Scale Construction. The data analysis phase is divided into two sections: individual Employer analysis (total net incomes are determined for Employer positions where matches have been established with Partner national personnel positions) and all Employer analysis resulting in development of a salary scale for UNHCR Partner national personnel.
